Kentish Cheese

No it’s not a new kind of lactating pop, there is actually a little place in Dargate that makes cheese. The Cheesemakers Of Canterbury at Lamberhurst Farm make cheese from unpasteurised British Freisan cows milk. The farmhouse cheddar-like hard cheese is made by hand using an old smallholders recipe that has been perfected over the last 25 years.

Has anyone tried it?
