R.S.P.B. expert Alan Johnson will take us for a Butterfly walk on Lydden Down
Meet in the Car Park at 10am Sunday 14th August at Lydden – a map will be provided in advance
Lydden Down is famous for the thousands of butterflies to be found there on a sunny August day. This is really an opportunity not to be missed – places are limited, so book early!
Bring a picnic lunch and your sketchpads and cameras to capture the butterflies
By donation – please bring money on the day – for the RSPB & DCA
Please contact miriam@machin.f9.co.uk to book a place. Children welcome, but no dogs please.
If the sun does not shine the butterflies will disappear and the walk will be cancelled. Please leave your mobile number and we will email/text you to let you know on the day.
